I'm a central Pennsylvania native with roots in the Lewisburg and New Columbia area. Jason and I have been married for a bunch of years, and our kids are in their teen years! I'm an early intervention teacher for infants/toddlers by day, and so even though my own kids are big now, I can often be found singing and making all kinds of animal sounds during my home visits with young children. 
I developed a stronger interest in photography in 2016 and purchased my
first good camera. I taught myself skills through online courses, YouTube videos, podcasts, and lots and lots of practice! Since starting out I have explored a variety of genres and have photographed babies, kids, couples, events, and eventually niched down to high school senior photography. In 2023, my teen daughter Selah and I started a new adventure in life, and we purchased our first horse. Selah has been taking riding lessons since she was 7 years old, and as she has grown, so has her love for all things horse related. As a mom, I am enjoying our baby horse just as much as my daughter. And of course since my camera is always close by, I am the mom photographing riding lessons, horse shows, and Pony Club activities. It only makes sense in this busy yet exciting stage in my life that I would focus my photography business on all things equine/equestrian photography. I still have a lot to learn about horses, but I love capturing the bond between horses and their people.
